    Dear Neighbors and Friends,

In recognition of the installation of a defibrillator on the outside wall of Countrystyle Hairdressing, the Llanvihangel-Tor-y-Mynydd Community Project Group’s first fundraising event of 2025 will be in support of the Calon Heart UK charity.

This Cardiff based charity promotes the importance of having easy access to a defibrillator and to highlight the value of heart screening, especially among younger people.

“At least 12 seemingly healthy young people die every week in the UK from heart conditions they didn’t even know they had. Our (Calon Heart UK) mission is simple: to reduce this number so that no family loses a loved one to a heart condition that could have been detected and managed.”

    ? Tickets:
    Adults: £10C
    Children: £5

    First drink free!
